3D prints representing the Confederate steam gunboat CSS Savannah. Built in 1856, she was commissioned into naval service in 1861. She was Admiral Tattnall’s flagship in the defence of Port Royal, fighting in several battles including the battle of Fort Pulaski in November 1861. In April 1863 she was renamed Oconee and became a transport for cotton to England. She was caught in a storm and sank in August 1863.
