The Renault D2 is a French medium battle tank. This model was developed from the slightly better protected D1, initially intended for the role of main battle tank, it was quickly replaced in this role by the B1 bis. He participated in the fighting of May and June 1940.

Armament :

• 1 ABS 1929 75 mm cannon in casemate (74 shells)
• 47 mm short SA34 cannon APX1 turret (160 shells)
• 47mm long SA35 cannon APX1-A turret (108 shells)
• 2 MAC 31 7.5 mm machine guns (4,500 rounds)

Features include:

• 2 hulls: standard hull, or an improved version
• 4 turrets, APX-1 diascope chrétien open or close, APX-1A episcope open and closed
• 2 optional stowages
