NSM Jagdpanzer 38t HETZER (Germany, WW2)

The Jagdpanzer 38(t), more commonly known as the ‘Hetzer’ was developed by the Wehrmacht during ww2 as a way of utilising production capacity from the Panzer 38t which had become obsolete. Almost 3,000 were built with them being seen as reasonably effective at being a compromise between cost savings and combat effectiveness in a hunter/ambusher role.
